What is LQD skateboards?
LQD Skateboards is part of SkateboardCorp, a manufacturer/retailer/distributor of skateboard products. SkateboardCorp is registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) in Noord Nederland (North of the Netherlands) with registration number (KvK-nummer): 08156070 0000.
How do you guys operate?
LQD is build on a unique concept of which skateboarding and art/design are the primary building blocks. Instead of having one or two in-house artists, we collaborate with an endless variety of international artists with their own background, style and inspiration. LQD gives these artists complete creative freedom, ensuring an incredible diversity in each of our collections.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Depending on your location and order size, we ship our orders through PostNL, UPS, DHL and DPD parcel service. Orders are generally delivered to most European countries within 2 working days and other countries within 10 days.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we do! We can ship to pretty much any country on this planet and even offer free shipping when your order exceeds a certain amount.
When will my order be shipped?
Since we keep our own stock and ship all products from our own warehouse, our order processing is very rapid. As soon as we received your payment we will ship the goods. In most cases this will be at the same day you ordered. To speed up the process we advice to pay for your order through instant banking or PayPal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods. Payments can be done through direct banking (iDeal, BanContact Mister Cash), bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal (also for your Visa and Mastercard payments). All payments will be handled through our payment service provider (PSP), Mollie.
Did my payment come through?
You can keep track of your order status, including the status of your payment, through your account. The status will be updated in real-time and should always be up-to-date. If anything is still unclear, you could always contact our customer service.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by following the steps in our online shop. You can browse our products by category and filter by price. Add products to your shopping cart en securily pay at our checkout page. We offer guest checkout and to enjoy a faster, more personalised service and benefits we recommend creating an account here.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, we are not forcing you to create an account with us. We offer a simple guest checkout as well. We do encourage you to create an account first to enjoy faster, more personalised service and other benefits.
Is there any warranty on my product?
We give warranty on manufacturing errors on all of our products! This means, when you receive your order and something seems wrong, you can return the products and we will provide you with new goods or refund your money. Warranty only applies on products with defects on delivery or (factory) construction defects.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about your order, please send us an email before the order is processed and/or shipped. This usually happens within 12 hours after placing your order.

How do I track my order?
In most cases, when your order is processed, a tracking number will be attached to your order details in your account. If there is no tracking number available you can send us an email and we’ll update you accordingly.
How can I return a product?
If you received your order but you changed your mind about it, you have 14 days to return it, no questions asked. This only applies to products that are not used, not assembled in any way (gripped or assambled as complete), by you OR us, and preferably still in the original packaging.
